Our researchers, campaigners, and engineers generate and analyze data to unpack the beliefs and motivations that drive human civic behavior. We deliver intelligence to operators and funders toward a vision of full participation.

Helm currently supports 60+ customers across the country, enabling a cross-partisan, coalition-based approach to local politics and activation. In 2022, we are actively convening funders and operators in the pro-democracy movement and seeking select partner collaborations across the civic engagement issue landscape.
